These two views are yours to enjoy while being our guest at our beach front home located in sunny South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 10th floor of the pristine ocean front tower named Ocean Vista Tower. Let the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico greet you as you open the door to our condo. Relax and admire the wall to wall ocean views from the open concept living room or from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of ocean waves from the private ocean front 12 foot balcony. Relax in our newly remodeled condo featuring a modern beach chic style. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed and a flat screen television. Enjoy an attached private master bathroom suite featuring double door entry, double sink vanity with quartz counter, spacious closet and edge-less glass shower doors. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen television and plantation wood window shutters to provide privacy or to open up and enjoy views of the Laguna Madre Bay. The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom. Our condo features a spacious and fully supplied kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz counter tops, farmhouse sink, and pantry. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and flat screen television in the living room. Numerous in room amenities are included such as free wireless internet and cable tv with HBO. Included property amenities include a hot tub, 2 pools, boardwalk to the beach, exercise room, palapa area, children’s playscape, tennis court, basketball ring and gated private parking have been provided for your enjoyment.
