You will find a screened porch, gulf facing, with an all weather pool table and ample seating for the entire family to spend quality time with one another. The laundry room is also located on the first floor for convenience.The second floor of the home includes two master suites with master bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, a soaking tub, dual vanities, a private balcony with gulf views, and a private porch with a seating area. Each master suite is the perfect retreat for those looking for the ultimate beach escape.The third floor of this luxurious beach front home offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island that seats 5 guests, and a custom built dining table for 8 guests. The kitchen and main living room feature large beamed vaulted ceilings allowing natural light to fill the space. The living room flows onto the third floor gulf front balcony with full view glass panels that offer unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf waters and white sandy beaches.
