A beautiful 1st floor one bedroom, two bath Pelican Watch Villa! New to our Rental Program. This is the perfect place to enjoy Seabrook Island and its nearly 4 miles of private beach. You will enjoy amazing sunset views from your ocean front deck. Seabrook Island is sure to be one of your favorite vacation spots! This quiet island community has large live oak trees draped with moss. Ride around the 6 miles of pristine beauty, noticing the deer, osprey, herons and bald eagles. Watch the dolphins frolic along the coastline. For the sporty vactioner there are two 18-hole championship golf courses, 15 Har-tru tennis courts, 2 Pickleball courts (an additional 5 being built) and even an Equestrian Center offering beach rides , as well as trail and pony rides!This one bedroom villa is inviting with its open floor plan. Large sliding doors allow unobstructed ocean views from the living area. The great room has a sleeper sofa for guests, and large Smart TV. The dining table seats six, and two stools serve the kitchen counter. The kitchen has been updated with glass front custom cabinets, granite counters and tiled backsplash. Off the kitchen is the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen has been stocked with all your basic needs including a blender and both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee. Out on the deck is a sofa and chairs. The perfect spot to start your day with a morning cup of coffee and end the day with a glass of wine. The sunsets will mesmerize you! The door off the deck leads out to the beach boardwalk. A short stroll down the boardwalk and your toes will be in the sand.The villa has one bedroom and two bathrooms. In the primary bedroom you will find a King bed and private bath. The bathroom has a granite topped vanity and tub/shower. In the bedroom there is a wall mounted Smart TV. Off the entry hall is the second full bathroom with walk-in shower.Up to (2) dogs are welcome! An additional pet fee(s) is added.**Seabrook Island Property Association (a.k.a. SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.A MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 2 GATE PASSES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS PROPERTYOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards, which are included in your rent, give you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club. This includes access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.This villa is terrific for a Seabrook vacation. So close to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, access to all the Seabrook Island Club offers, and a lovely villa too!Cancellation Policy:If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
