The location is unbeatable, just one block from Venice Beach and the marina, with easy access to the ocean. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes and provides easy access to Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach. Santa Monica is a short 5-minute drive away.Within walking distance, you’ll discover the fabulous Scopa Restaurant and Firestone Walker Brewery. At the end of the block, you can access the Marina Del Rey bike trails and park, along with finding dining and drink options like the Ritz Carlton, Cafe Del Rey, Tony P’s, The Warehouse, and more. The other direction on our street leads to the new Firestone Walker Brewery, Beach 26 Cafe, Scopa, and Sunnyspot, as well as rentals for Birds, bikes, and scooters.Bicycles are available for rent nearby on Washington Blvd, and LAX and Santa Monica are just a 10-minute drive away.
