From the ground up with all NEW utilities including central air conditioning along with new plumbing and electrical throughout. 2 1/2 newly renovated baths with granite floors and countertops, a lovely new kitchen and plenty of room to spread out for a group of 6. This two-story home has a kitchen, dining room, and parlor room on the first floor and two beds and two master baths on the second floor.
