This house is perfect for families that love the beach.The house is located in a private community, Treasure Island Drive Association, in the heart of Amagansett, NY. Walking distance from the house to the beach is 300 ft on a charming dirt road. You can hear the ocean from every window and door in the house. The Amagansett train and village is a short 10 minute walk from the house.The house has lots of natural light and has been fully renovated. The house has central air conditioning and heating. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely outside shower. The house can comfortably sleep 8.The house is surrounded by a beautiful grass lawn and tall sea grass on the perimeter to add privacy. The westerly facing (sunsets) back deck has a dining table that seats 10, a couch, club chairs, ottoman, 4 lounge chairs and a spectacular BBQ.
