Our cozy guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a 40″ smart TV, while the second guest room is a playful retreat with two bunk beds, a 40″ smart TV, and easy access to a full guest bath. For your viewing pleasure, a 55″ TV graces both the living area and the master bedroom.Fully equipped with modern comforts, our condo features an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary internet, Spectrum Cable TV, and access to shared amenities, including a hot tub, elevator, gated parking, and two refreshing pools.Designed with families in mind, our beach home is a delightful escape for all ages. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. During Spring Break/Semana Santa, we observe a strict ‘families only’ policy. For your peace of mind, we suggest considering trip cancellation insurance.We provide a “welcome package” to get you started which consists of a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, liquid hand soap at all the sinks, liquid dish soap, and a couple of trash can liners in each can.
