Just one block from the bay, this quiet and cozy beach house with private parking and patio is ideal for anyone who wants a coastal getaway, while still being close enough to the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of San Diego. We have all the amenities you need, with a comfy King bed, a large private patio w/ BBQ, 2 bikes, 2 paddleboards, and a kayak too. Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away!We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs!**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. **
