Has basic amenities; open downstairs floor plan: kitchen, living and eating area, 3 Bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed., sleeps 8, full bath and half bath. Located one block east of Montauk Village, in a nature preserve south-east corner of Montauk Hwy & S.Etna Ave on a quarter acre. 5 minute walk to beach and town. Two decks, one outside the kitchen sliding doors, and an upper deck with a view. Side yard. The house is clean, comfortable and inviting. Interior painting done last season along with laminate flooring. Currently updating outside – painting and paving.
