Description
Charming 3 bedroom elevated home with a private pool at 123 Hammock Road in Anna Maria which is only 2 short blocks to the beach and easily walkable in 4 minutes. Pine Avenue is a few minutes walk from this quiet no through street. The house has a king size with bathroom, queen, twin, family bathroom, laundry, open plan living/kitchen/dining, outdoor screened dining, cable, wireless internet, telephone, BBQ grill and private pool with optional electric heat. Beach chairs, carts, parasol, towels and a cooler provided.I normally schedule my rentals from Saturday to Saturday. However, there are times throughout the year when I may be able to work with you to accept bookings which do not begin and end on a Saturday so please send me an inquiry first. On receipt of your preferred dates, I will do my best to accommodate your request with a prompt reply by email. If your dates straddle a holiday week, the cost of your reservation may be adjusted to reflect the full holiday rate.Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Free on site parking for 5 cars.ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
