Beach house(2BR) w/ tub, pool, jacuzzi close to Strip & DowntownWelcome to the most unique beach house in Las Vegas. 10 miles to The Strip, 5 miles to Fremont St, 12 miles to Red Rock Canyon, centrally located to all interstates as well as in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Private parking, heated beach pool/jacuzzi ($80/night) prefect for families/friends getaway. Please note it’s a detached guest house. Maximum sleep 4 adults and 2 little kids, after 2nd guest is $30/person.For hygiene purpose, please bring your own bottled water and ice.‼️‼️ VERY IMPORTANT‼️‼️ No party! No smoking in the house! Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay. If you are bring pets, keep them away from pool and beds. Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open. Please do not flush anything down the toilets. Our neighbor has roosters, if you are sensitive to the crawling, please don’t complain.Pool cleaning: every Thursday morningHeated Pool: 82-85FBefore check out: Please hang the wet towels up Rinse dirty dishes If you move any furnitures, move them back to the original places Turn off the AC / heater
