A 6-minute stroll will lead you to the beach, and don´t worry about beach gear – we’ve got you covered.. The iconic Ocean Drive district is 5-minute walk away. Our modest but well-equipped kitchen will let you save in some meals. Your Miami Beach getaway starts here.The Space:• The entire Apartment of 474 square foot or 1 bedroom of 143 square foot, bathroom and combined kitchen/dining room/living room.• Comfortable queen size bed in bedroom.• Living room sofa turns into a full size bed.• Common patio space with outdoor seating.• No free parking space provided, however we´ll let you know some tips to find some free spots during the day.• Well stocked & equipped kitchen for cooking & dining including full size refrigerator, 4 element stove top, coffee maker, microwave & blender.• Beach gear provided (towels, umbrella, chairs & cooler), to save on costly rentals.• Smart TV in living room and bedroom.• Drying rack steel.* We ask you please to bring your own soap or you can buy it at a nearer store.Guest Access:Guests will have full access and use of the room or apartment 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!Other Things to Note:One night stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday nights, weekends are a minimum of two nights. No Check-in or Check-out on Saturdays.Keep in mind that our regular check-in time is after 6:00 p.m. and check-out time before 11:00 a.m., however, we can talk about it to study your case and see if there is the possibility of giving you an early check-in or late check-out.On several occasions we have seen that Airbnb arbitrarily changes our check-in and check-out time and that is why we invite you to always trust this writing before the time confirmed by airbnb.• Experience a 474sq.ft apartment or a cozy 143sq.ft room, perfect for 2 adults (can fit 4). Opt for 4 guests only on short stays; comfort levels change with sofa beds.• Our building carries history, and walls are on the thinner side. Let’s be mindful of noise for everyone’s enjoyment.• No elevator, but fear not – manageable stairs await.• Housekeeping doesn’t swing by daily, similar to a regular Airbnb setup.• Our tropical locale has its critters. We do pest control, but the occasional visitor might sneak in. Help us by sealing windows & doors shut.Important: We are carrying out work in the entrance hallway of the building, so at times, you may come across some puddles of water.Interaction with Guests:Dear guest, our properties are equipped with digital locks so we will probably not be meeting at your arrival date but be sure we will be in touch by text, phone call or email.
