The large one-bedroom home can sleep 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and one pull-out couch in the living area). The bedroom has built-in cabinetry and ample closet space. The generous open floor plan provides you with a living room, dining room, decorative fireplace, a 3 piece bathroom (no tub) as well as a full kitchen. Central air is provided for your comfort!A spacious deck for outdoor entertaining is right out front along with a table and chairs (a gas grill is provided on the ground-level ) There is plenty of *storage (*storage area, located under Coach House, is a shared space with Main House for laundry and beach items) on the first floor. And, of course, no beach house is complete without an outside shower!And how great is it not to need to drive into town if you don’t want the hassle of parking!
