Large 2 Bedroom house with patio just steps to the beach and bay! This home has 2 bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 queen beds. We provide a grill, AC, fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, Digital Cable with hundreds of channels, beach equipment, and anything else you might need for your stay! The house is just a 5 minute walk to local bars and restaurants, as well as the Rollercoaster. There is something to do for every age within walking distance.This house is part of duplex (1st floor unit) that is just steps from the beach in Mission Beach. It is also just about 100 yards from Mission Bay. The house does have air conditioning!! We have free, high speed wifi throughout the house and flat screen TVs. We also provide a washer/dryer in the home.The home has 2 units on the property and can be rented as a 5 bedroom. If you are interested, please let me know! We have a shared 2-car garage (one spot for each unit). Please note an SUV can fit in the garage, but it is a tight squeeze!​​​​​​​There is an additional $100 pet fee per stay, if you would like to bring your furry friend!Please note: The fireplace in the home does not work.
