Located close to the South Gate, but turn right out of the house and you are at the beach in a few minutes… This home has all the beach-feel finishing touches, to make your stay memorable!Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!Your entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There’s even an TV in the outdoor bar/entertainment area. You’ll also have access to 4 bicycles, corn hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. (there’s a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won’t be blazing in the sun during the summer months.Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.4 beds, sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum 6 adults.Master Bedroom – 1 Queen Bed with private en-suite full bathroomBedroom 2 – 1 Queen Size Bed PLUS additional full/double size Bed (lofted over Queen)Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen BedYou will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!!18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There’s a playground and skate park right on the beach!*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
