Solar lighting along the pathways for evenings plus LED pool light.Plenty of table space for dining with interior table for (8) plus (2) bar stools and exterior under cover table seating extends to seat (8) plus 2 seat patio table. All the essentials for a well stocked kitchen with everything you will need for staying home in peace. 70 TV in Living Room, 50 TV in Master, Den, and (2) Guest Bedrooms, 55 TV on covered patio plus a TV in the bonus room.A week prior to arrival you will receive an email with access codes to the door.We are in town and just a phone call away for anything that you will need.There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. Vacation here once and you’ll be back!Damage deposit is $2,000 and cleaning is $500.CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 18% of the rental amount for processing fees.- Minimum lease period (7) Nights due to City Code restrictions. We are not able to make an exception. – This home has an uncovered, open pool. It is professionally cleaned once a week. By its nature, debris and leaves fall into unscreened pools. We supply a net for our guests to scoop these out in between cleaning days if they wish. Please don’t ask us to call the cleaning company when this happens. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental.There must be a minimum of (2) adults overthe age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premisis.
