Beach View Condo- Quiet & Secluded with Private BeachAbout this spaceRelax with your loved ones at this quiet, beachfront condo at the Beach Castle Resort with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the patio and primary bedroom as steps to the beachThe spaceUnit #8 is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit on the Gulf of Mexico/beach side of the Beach Castle Resort on Longboat Key. It has water views from your private patio — perfect for a morning cup of coffee or cold drink to take in the amazing sunsets and sounds of the waves.The Beach Castle Resort is one of the few condos on Longboat Key that extends from the Gulf of Mexico to the Sarasota Bay. Guests are able to enjoy the benefits of both bodies of water! Launch your kayak from the newly constructed pier, throw in a line for some great fishing in the bay (there are 2 fishing poles available to use in the unit) or, just a few steps from your door, lay on beach with access to complementary beach chairs and umbrellas. The sunsets over the Gulf are not to be missed, we promise! Additionally, guests have access to the community pool and hot tub.The secluded hideaway resort is wonderfully maintained and incredibly quiet and peaceful. The beaches on Longboat Key are just a few miles north of Siesta Key, consistently rated the top beach in the country. With the same water and sands as Siesta Key, Longboat Key is much less crowded, truly feeling like your own private slice of paradise. One of our absolute favorite things to do while here is sitting out on the beach after dark and stargazing! This quiet retreat offers a great escape from it all — a chance to recharge your batteries, reconnect with loved ones and make new memories.Your unit is wonderfully located on the northern part of Longboat Key, a very short walk to great restaurants, cafés and an ice cream shop. Bicycle rentals are also available to further explore everything the island has to offer. St Armands Circle is less than 9 miles to the south and is an exciting hub of waterfront locations, fine dining and shopping.The home is furnished with a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, two full sized beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.Inside the kitchen, you’ll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner and a blender to enjoy a frozen drink on the patio while you listen to the waves crashing.The living room is equipped with a new 58in 4K Roku smart TV and there’s a new 50in Roku smart TV in the primary bedroom – BYOL (bring your own logins). The second bedroom has a TV with basic cable.In terms of amenities, you’ll have access to important things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, paper towels, cleaning supplies and more.Parking: All guests have use of 1 assigned parking spot during their stay. Additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis off-premises. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.Pets: Pets are not permitted on Beach Castle property.Please Note: This is a self service resort and we do not provide housekeeping services. For your convenience, we do provide an amenity kit to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials required thereafter (such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent etc) is the responsibility of the guest. There is a Publix nearby and you can order for delivery.Guest access:A confirmation email will be sent with all the details needed for your stay.
