Beach access entrance 1 house down for walking, or driving access. It has a luggage lift to help you get moved in for your stay. It is not safe for people to ride.Heron’s Hideaway is a spacious open concept living, dining, kitchen area all beautifully decorated. The living area has high ceilings, beach views, a futon that has a special order mattress so that accommodating 2 guest comfortably is an option as well as a pull out sofa, and 2 electric lazy boys with smart phone plugs. The television has antenna channels or sign into your streaming subscription. There is a DVD player and a bluetooth stereo with speakers on the deck and entertainment area below.This great room opens to a massive deck that offers space for the sun lovers and the shade seekers. There are tall wooden chairs, a teak couch set, 2 loungers, and 2 swings for you to get the most out of it!The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a bench to seat 6 with an additional 4 at the counter top bar.The kitchen is fabulous with all new major appliances, granite counter tops, custom tile back splash, and custom cabinetry filled with plastic and glass dinner, drinking glasses silverware, and cookware. It has a regular coffee maker, a keurig, crock pot, blender, toaster, toaster oven, etc. The refridgertor has water and ice in the door and there is a separate beverage fridge. Your going to love this kitchen!Off of the kitchen to the north is a hallway that leads to the back door/roadside entrance. The master bedroom and 2nd guest room are accessed from here.The master bedroom is large. It has a king size bed, smart tv, closet space, a private entrance to the roadside deck, and a gorgeous ensuite bath. The master bath has a separate toilet room, tile wall, stone floor, glass walk in shower and a garden tub.The 2nd guest room has a queen size bed and a set of twin bunks. a small seating area, a smart tv, and an ensuite bath. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination with sliding glass door.The 3rd room is located off of the living area. It has 2 full size beds, a smart tv, a small seating area, and a private entrance to the guest bath. It also has a shower/tub combination with sliding glass door.There is a hallway at the far end of the living room that leads to the guest bathroom entrance on the left and the large laundry room to the right.Downstairs there is ample parking. The yard is split into 2 sections. The right side is fenced in. It has stairs to the backside of the house, 2 picnic tables, a set of chairs, the gas grill, and a grassy yard for the kids to safely play in. The other side has the outdoor shower, foot wash station, stairs accessing the front or beachside of the house, and a large unfenced side yard with an outdoor sink or fish cleaning station.This great beach house is ready for your family to enjoy! The beds are made for your arrival and bath towels are provided. We supply the basic house hold essentials, general cleaner, broom, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels to get you started.
