Sea Shell 505 is a beautiful, top-floor, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo located just footsteps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no streets to cross to access our private, gated beach, which makes it ideal for children and seniors. Our building is on the Beach!This newly renovated unit has a lovely coastal theme. It sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master and a queen and full in the second bedroom as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook: a luxury sub-zero fridge with an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. There are ample dishes and cookware should you decide to entertain.There is a large, flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room, and TVs in each bedroom. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The living area has large comfortable new furniture including a high-rise coffee table that can double as an eating space. Or enjoy the view and ocean breezes while relaxing on your private lanai.The Sea Shell beachfront vacation complex is in one of the most convenient locations on Siesta Key for shopping, dining, bike/kayak rental, and sightseeing, all within walking distance. It features a large, heated pool and we provide beach towels, upright chairs, and lounge chairs for the beach. Sammy’s Beach Bums can provide beach set-up services for a fee – a nice treat for mom and dad or large groups. In the unit are beach toys, umbrellas, noodles, and coolers for your enjoyment. Bring your picnic and enjoy our new Tiki area right on the beach with gas grills and comfortable seating. There are also charcoal grills available.
