Plenty of Pool area space with the new addition to the screened lanai. New sun shelf added to the swimming pool. The bedrooms have a King in master and a Queen in each guest bedroom.EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
