Amenities include pool, tennis and BBQ Area.The condo itself is bright and airy with a large sliding glass door that opens up from the living room to the lanai (balcony).It is located in the closest building in the complex to the beach but set back on the quiet side of the building away from road noise.There is a smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Apple Tv, etc. Wifi and high-speed internet……The bedroom has a queen bed, full-size dressers and plenty of closet space.The bathroom has a shower. We also provide hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, extra towels, blankets, pillows, and anything else you might need to feel right at home. We even provide you with plenty of beach gear, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a cooler.Our owner-managed (no dealing with unresponsive property managers). We are minutes away to address any of your needs. 3rd-floor beach condo is all about location!
