This apartment is in just steps from the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. In the private 5 units building that we just recently converted and certified by the city of Hollywood and the state of Florida into a vacation rentals.This is nonsmoking property.This apartment will accommodate 2 adults comfortably or 2 adults with one child. Not 3 adults.This is NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Pets are not allowed due to the hosts medical condition.Private Parking is available next to the building for 1 compact car. If you choose to use a midsize car or larger size car you can not park on the property.Guests will be charged $100 a day fee for parking large vehicles and interfering with other guests’ stay.$100 a day will be charged for parking additional vehicles and the towing company will tow that vehicle at guests expense.15 minutes from Ft.
