This lovely condo is the perfect getaway whether it’s for a nice peaceful getaway as a couple OR can for the entire family with so many attractions within walking distance. Ocean Reef offers a very convenient yet quiet location of uncrowded white sandy beaches with quick beach access and a complimentary Beach Chair & umbrella Service!This condo includes an indoor pool house with showers, restrooms, a sauna steam room, and an indoor heated pool! A sparkling gulf front outdoor Olympic size pool and sundeck, hot tub, charcoal grills and a gulf view fitness center with treadmills, bikes, elliptical, and a sauna. Our outdoor pool and indoor pool are heated!This unit has two large master suites each with private baths. One master bedroom contains a King bed that can allow access to the large balcony along with a master bathroom containing his and her sinks. The second bedroom has been updated in 2024 with a new Queen size bed and a twin size bed to better accommodate all of our guests’ needs and wants! This bedroom is connected to the second bathroom which contains a combination tub/shower and spacious counterspace. Great access to the second bathroom from one of two doors, allowing entrance or exit to the second bedroom OR the main living area. Both bedrooms have full size closets and smart televisions which allow our guests to watch their favorite shows when desired.The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and a breakfast bar area with decorated barstools. You can find all of your cooking utensils, pots and pans inside the unit! There is a large kitchen table that is sure to accommodate everyone at any time. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, broom, dust pan, mop, ironing board, and iron. Our wonderful cleaners provide starter packs of amenties to get your vacation started without the worries of getting to a store the first couple of days! We have also provided a wagon, beach toys, books, and games!!Parking is included and assigned for one vehicle in a covered secured parking garage. Additional parking can also be accommodated per request and additional fee. This condo is located approximately 1.4 miles from Pier Park which makes it close enough to enjoy a variety of restaurants and shopping, along with lots of activities for everyone, but do keep in mind we are still far enough away to avoid crowds, traffic, and have an easy access to back beach OR middle beach road at any time!The open-concept kitchen, living room, and master bedroom all lead to the large balcony ( one of the largest balconies on the entire beach) makes staying in comfort easy. Unit 707 is a 2 Bedroom-2Bath located on the 7th floor on the West end. Ocean Reef is also located in the best location for fireworks! It is right between both piers (Pier Park & County Pier) allowing for AMAZING views during July 4th or New Years Eve celebrations!!!
