Everyone will love the open floor plan and all the room for spending great quality family time. And with two bedrooms and baths on each side of the great room everyone can be guaranteed quiet time as well. The floor plan works great for families or couples, and particularly well for extended/multiple families vacationing together. Two of the bedrooms open onto the deck for spectacular sunrise vistas.In 2021 we replaced the living room furniture, clothes dryer and refrigerator. We’ve added a desk with art and business supplies, and the attic was sealed with spray foam for additional heating/cooling comfort and energy efficiency. In 2022 we refinished the light maple floors throughout the house.This home sits closer to the water than the surrounding homes, giving it some of the best views on the island – guests have compared the views from the ocean side deck to being on a ship. Guests love setting up chairs on the sand under the deck or lounging in the hammock for a shady beach experience.This home has a hot tub, nestled under the house on the beach side with views of the ocean from the tub.This home is close to the pavilion/pier, shopping and restaurants, and sits on an expansive stretch of pristine Edisto Beach with unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
