Onsite registration will check identification when you pay the $35 per vehicle and amenities fee. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of stay.Damage & Incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There will be no additional charges as long as the terms & conditions of your stay are followed. These include no smoking, damage, or missing items and following the OCCUPANCY and AGE REQUIREMENT RULES.We have a 2-night minimum.
