This year-round vacation rental was recently redecorated and offers all the amenities needed for the best oceanfront vacation spot in Newport!Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this upper-level triplex unit includes two floors of living space with one king, one queen, two twins and one sofa-bed, accommodating 8 guests total. Off the Primary Suite is a small sitting area inside and a large Rooftop Deck outside. With a BBQ & second kitchen space w/sink & 2-burner stove top, the upper level deck provides a lovely space for entertaining and enjoying spectacular views of Catalina Island, the Newport Pier and jaw-dropping sunsets! Other amenities include one-car garage parking (standard-sized vehicle only), coin-op laundry on-site plus internet & big-screen TVs w/cable.With the sand, ocean and Newport Pier just steps away and the Balboa Pier, Ferry and Fun Zone a short walk or bike ride south, the location of this home doesn’t get any better!We rent on a Friday to Friday schedule in the summer.We are a local property management company. Please note that our office is closed on weekends and there will be a delay in getting back to you on weekends and after hours for reservation inquiries.** Rates vary depending on the season; an additional 10% city tax will be applied to all bookings less than 30 days. No Smoking & No Pets! Linens are included at this property. No Air Conditioner but there are ceiling fans and the ocean breeze!
