It is close to tennis/basketball courts, playgrounds and a variety of small food/retail stores. Owners have improved many amenities, new paint inside and out, new bedding and frames, all new stainless steel appliances in kitchen and new flat screen TV over fireplace to name a few.Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
