You’ll have expansive views of the water, boats, and sand to the left of a small beach building which is surrounded by swaying palms and beautiful plants giving a very tropical vibe, with sand, water, and the lighthouses to the right. The gourmet kitchen, in this modern beach decor home, is fully outfitted including custom cabinetry, quartz, and Jenn Aire pro appliances. There are two baths, one ensuite to the main with walk-in shower, and hall bath with shower/tub combo. Casa 223 sleeps up to 5 comfortably with Westin Heavenly beds (Cal King in main, Queen in secondary, and TWIN hi-line double height auto inflate/deflate for 5th guest). Both bedrooms open up to a lovely rear courtyard.
