Escape the crowed city, and come enjoy some time in the country. Relax in our updated island style condo in the iconic Pat’s at Punaluu beachfront residence. This tastefully decorated unit has been fully outfitted with most everything you could possibly need, including all new linens, towels and kitchenware. There is full kitchen with a range oven, refrigerator and microwave oven. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Be sure to wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from your oceanfront lanai. Listen to the gentle surf while sipping your wine as you wind down from your perfect day. The condo is located on the 5nd floor, there is ample parking in the lot reserved for our guests. This complex is complete with a sparkling swimming pool and a small weight room. If you prefer to swim in the ocean, there is a beautiful white sand beach just beyond the pool.This is a 30 day (plus) rental.Please note that the building has been undergoing some remodeling and upgrades. There may be periodic, but usually brief inconveniences out of the control of the host. Most guests say that this has not affected their enjoyment of their stay.
