Fully remodeled and newly furnished beachfront 7th floor condo with a front row seat to Marco’s white sands beach. Apollo 703 is a luxury retreat with all the modern conveniences. One bedroom with new king bed and furnishings, fully updated kitchen with everything you need, living room with sleeper couch, 2 smart TV’s with Tivo, fiber optic high speed internet. The Sunset Grille, voted ‘best happy hour’ on the island, is located on the ground floor.-THE LIVING ROOM: a Smart TV with TIVO and able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account.-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a microwave oven, a compact dishwasher, a ceramic glass electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked with the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, pots & pans and bakeware. You’ll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and paper towels. Dine in the kitchen or on the balcony.-THE BEDROOM: offers you a brand new King bed, smart TV with TIVO and a big selection of towels and beach towels-BATHROOM: We provide a hair dryer, with hand soap and shower soapComplimentary beach items for your use includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach towels.- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin & Credit Card Operated Laundry machines are on the same floor, outside & just down the hallway.-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable.-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a sauna/jacuzzi.-2 Tennis courts & a Gym on site-FREE internet & cable
