This property is beautifully landscaped with a private beach entrance and is close to great restaurants. It is the perfect location to walk the beach, pick up beautiful seashells, build sandcastles and enjoy a tropical beach vacation.South Seas is a Gated community, with many golf courses nearby. Great dining available on the island. World class deep sea fishing at the marina. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco’s quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast foods.The unit can comfortably accommodates 6. The Master Bedroom faces west and offers a king size bed, tv and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper and there is another full bathroom.Common laundry located on each floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee. Please read sign in the laundry room explaining how to use washer and dryer. You must download an app on your phone to start machines.Vehicle registration is required by South Seas Condominium Association upon arrival. A $100 fee will be charged for your entire stay.
