This vacation rental also offers cable TVs and a private washer/dryer.The beach is right outside and several others are nearby. Dining, shopping, the Indian Rocks Historical Museum, and Splash Harbour Water Park are all within walking distance, while the Florida Botanical Gardens are only three miles away! This area is also popular for a number of outdoor activities including boating, fishing, and golfing.Things to KnowAs of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.Air-conditioning service is scheduled for July. The process will take 30-45 minutes per unit. The schedule is July 18: Units 201, 202, 203, 204, 205. July 19: Units 206, 207, 301, 302, 303. July 20: Units 304, 305, 306, 307, 401. July 25: Units 402, 403, 404, 405, 406.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Security camera details: There is an active security camera in the parking garage area.7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
