Tucked into a private wooded setting overlooking Keyes Memorial Beach, this charming 4 bed, 3 bath rental is perfectly situated for an ideal Cape Cod vacation. Newly rebuilt in 2005 the home retains the charm of the cottage it replaced. Wake up to the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean and step out onto your private porch or balcony overlooking the water. Walk down your private set of stairs, follow the path to the beach and spend the day sunning and swimming. The hustle and bustle of Main Street Hyannis is within walking distance with dozens of shops and restaurants waiting to be explored. Hyannis Harbor and the ferries to the Islands are just minutes away. So convenient yet this tranquil ocean front oasis feels totally away from it all.The main home features a perfectly decorated main space that recalls the charm of traditional Cape Cod. On the first floor you will find the open kitchen / dining / living area, the master bedroom and a full bath. On the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with waterfront balcony access and another full bath. The fourth bedroom and full bath are on the second floor of detached outbuilding and are accessed by an outdoor staircase; inside you will find a lovely little suite with a tidy kitchenette. The main home has central AC while the guest house has a separate AC unit to keep you cool on those warm summer nights. Spacious private yard plus outdoor shower completes this special setting. The property was named one of the top 10 vacation rentals by Cape Cod Magazine.Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All linens and towel are included in rental. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday during peak season. No pets or smoking, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
