Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:- Absecon Lighthouse- Atlantic City Aquarium- Marine Mammal Stranding Center- Renaissance Plaza- Brigantine Town CenterGetting Around:The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!Other Things to Note:Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.No smokingNo parties or eventsLate check out fee is at $75/hourThere’s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectorsNo weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated.To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
