The fenced in yard yields ultimate privacy for the backyard fire pit that seats 6 , yard games or for the peace of mind letting the children play. Everything will exceed your expectations leaving you dreaming of more endless summer nights.In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $79.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $5,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
