In 2021, this condo was fully renovated and remodeled with new flooring, new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, and all new furniture and décor.*FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided with this rental, which includes 2 Lounge Chairs + an oversized umbrella (a $50/day value!) from March – October!*The updated kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, tin foil, etc.) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the counter-height kitchen bar.*The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, beachy decor, a 65″ Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, HUGE Gulf views through 9 foot sliding doors. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the famous sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Panama City Beach.*Down the hall, there is a stacked washer and dryer and built in bunk space that is perfect for the kids. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased.
