Our home has a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), Smart TV & Cable, Outdoor patio on the Boardwalk, on-site Parking, and much more!Bedroom 1 – (1) Master Suite King Bed w/ En-Suite BathroomBedroom 2 – (1) Queen Bed w/ Shared hallway bathBedroom 3 – (2) Twin Sized Beds w/ Shared hallway bathBedroom 4 – (2) Twin Sized Beds w/ Shared hallway bathThe rental has a deck between the kitchen and first bedroom with a small table and chairs and a propane barbecue for private outdoor dining and grilling up family favorites. You do not have access to the downstairs patio.Located on 4th Street just a quick walk from the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, & Ferry with Volleyball Courts and fire-pits out on the beach near the pier and you are never more than a few minutes away from the action! From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.For those of you with kids, Balboa Fun-zone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:-This is the Upper (2nd Level) Ocean Facing unit of an oceanfront Duplex.- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.-Parking Garage is Shared However, you are provided (1) Designated Parking Spot on the right hand side of the garage.- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light.We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city.- This Upper home does NOT have access to the Ground Level Patio.- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
