Fully equipped kitchen, bunks in the hall, sleeper sofa in the living room. ESCAPE to Emerald Jewel Escape on the 8th Floor at the Summit Beach Resort. Rental of 2 cushioned chaise beach lounge chairs are included March – October ($40 per day value). I spent 25 years working, living and developing a passion for this beach and all it has to offer, before I moved back to the Pacific Northwest for family reasons. I bought my first rental condo in 2017, and started looking for my third with my husband Scott. We found just what we were looking for at the Summit!Our 8th floor, one bedroom condo is beachfront, with a balcony that can’t be beat (sunset on the balcony with wine?), great amenities – 2 swimming pools, hot tub, direct beach access, Bikini Bob’s Tiki Bar (in season), gift shop/snack bar, game room, fitness center, and location close to our favorite restaurants, bars and shops – walking distance to many! Easy access to the best shopping, the best golf courses, and the best restaurants!We completely redecorated with new floors, new paint and wallpaper, new art, new bathroom vanities and fixtures, and gel memory foam mattress toppers.Our condo will sleep 5, with a king size bed in the bedroom, 2 twin bunks in the hall, and a new sleeper sofa with queen serta mattress. One and a half baths – 2 sink/mirror areas, 2 toilets and a shower. Well out-fitted kitchen for cooking during your stay. No washer and dryer yet in the unit, but there is one available on the 1st floor. We provide beach towels and 4 beach chairs. Comfortable balcony furniture (bistro dining set and 2 lounge chairs will have you spending hours on the balcony) and 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. We are music lovers so hope you enjoy the Harman Kardon wireless speaker as much as we do!Instead of a used bedspread you will enjoy a freshly laundered duvet cover.Be sure and review our “locals book” when you arrive – full of hints, tips and personal recommendations. We are always available to answer your questions and have a trusted local point of contact to help you with any issues that arise during your stay.$20 Resort fee due at front desk upon check in for parking, pool, and beach access. During busy seasons only 1 car pass is provided.***NOTES: Pools and hot tubs currently not open after dark – Resort is in the process of updating license and should be soon, but can’t guarantee the timing. We can’t guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days – guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 guests. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). $75 cancellation fee. We do not have an ice machine – if ice is important to you, please pick up some on your way in. There is also ice for sale at the store downstairs, or Bikini Bobs (during the season).
