Panoramic sunset views over the bay every night! New construction! Three story with decks on all levels! Lots of views from lots of windows! The master bedroom is waterfront with a queen-size bed and master bath, private deck. The second and third bedroom both Queen size beds in each and decks. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds; able to sleep 4 people. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a queen size sleeper in the 3rd floor loft. There is a 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. All new appliances, large kitchen island and long barn style table to seat 8. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor by the bedrooms. Outside deck for dining and BBQ’s and plenty of room for sunning.Ground floor living room has two large size sofas (1 is a sleeper), a gas fireplace, TV, surround sound speakers. On the 3rd floor there is another living room with 2 large sofas (1 sleeper) and TV. Bring your own linens.Outdoor shower by the beach! Plenty of parking! 2 short block walk to the ocean!The bay beach next door and has a full playground with swings.
