You will be accompanied by a 50-inch HD plasma TV with surround sound in the living room, a 32-inch LCD TV in the main bedroom, and TVs in all the other bedrooms. The kitchen, equipped with all the appliances needed, will make cooking a breeze. Let the dishwasher take care of cleaning up the dishes once mealtime is over.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
