The main house and the carriage house, sleep up to 24 people total.The first floor of the main house has 3 built in custom bunk bedrooms sleeping 14 on the first floor, perfect for the kids! The first bedroom (Bunk room 1, sleeps 4) has 4 twins and plenty of built in storage on the bunks and an adjacent wall of storage. The second bedroom (Bunk room 2, sleeps 5) has three twins and one full mattress. These two bunk rooms share a full bath; the bath features a marble glass enclosed tub & shower combo and a single vanity. The third bedroom, (Bunk room 3, sleeps 5) also has three twins and one full mattress and a private full bath. This bathroom features a marble double vanity, a soaker tub, and a glass walk in shower. The first level porch has two amazing bed swings and an outdoor shower. A laundry room is also found on the first floor. Don’t worry about missing a workout while away from home, El Dorado has a Peloton bike, remember to bring your cycling shoes.The second floor of the main home features two more king suites. The fourth bedroom is a king master suite featuring a sitting area with flat screen TV, desk area, as well as an ensuite bath. The private bathroom has a soaker tub, dual marble vanities, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower with a dual rain shower. The adjacent fifth bedroom is another king master suite with shared porch access, media, and an ensuite baht. Both bedrooms have Juliet balconies.Take the third floor exterior walkover to the carriage house full kitchen plus living and dining room, plus a balcony porch that faces Scenic Hwy 30-A and Seaside’s town center. There is also a grill on the exterior bridge where you can cook out.Up to the 3rd floor and there is a magazine-ready kitchen with 3 wolf ovens, a 6 burner gas stove and more for large family reunions. The adjacent dining room has a large wooden table that seats 10 and a bistro table for 2. The living room has a mounted large TV, gulf views, and access to an open-air porch overlooking the gulf. The generous porch has a lounge area with two sofas and outdoor dining for eight with incredible gulf & sunset views! There is a half bath on this level as well.* Guests have access to the 2-car garage. The garage holds 2 small/mid-size vehicles only.
