Located on the third floor of Kauhale Makai this well-furnished and fully stocked 1 bed/1 bath condo is available to rent to couples or families with the provided sleeper sofa allowing for four adults to stay together comfortably.You are just a few feet away from a wonderful beach where you can stand up paddleboard, snorkel or kayak. Swim in the ocean or just relax with your toes in the sand.This condo was remodeled from head to toe in December of 2017 with new appliances and finishes throughout. Beach towels, linens and toiletries are provided for guests to use while staying at Kauhale Makai. All the needed resort-style amenities are here including tropical landscaping leading to a gorgeous pool area featuring a large main pool, hot-tub and shallow wading pool for small children. There are outdoor gas-grills ready to cook on and tables for outdoor picnicking.Inside the unit, there is powerful A/C and a fan to keep cool. The condo kitchen has anything you would need for cooking at home including a dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided and there are beach chairs and a cooler for enjoying the many fabulous beaches nearby. There is a large green lawn for an afternoon nap in the sun or relaxing in the shade of a palm tree. You can fish off the beach right outside or in the shallows directly in front of the building.
