This is the vacation home that you need for that much deserved relaxing vacation that is calling your name.This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo, completely tiled throughout the entire home, with all the little extras you deserve on the quiet beaches of Indian Shores!The open concept living area is beautifully decorated in tropical décor, complete with comfortable furniture including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55″ smart TV over the fireplace to relax and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows or a movie while gazing out to the beach while listening to the waves.Savor meals in the gourmet kitchen including every convenience from home you desire with gorgeous granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar area with plenty of seating and a spacious dining table to enjoy those home cooked meals.The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower equipped with multiple shower heads and a double vanity with plenty of storage space. You will also enjoy your own flat screen TV and walk in closet and a very nice private balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book.The guest room features two twin beds, a flat screen tv and large closet with plenty of storage. The twin beds can be moved together to create an additional king size bed if needed for two couples traveling together- we have a very comfortable king conversion kit, just ask!The large balcony overlooks the beach and beachfront pool with plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets the Gulf Coast of Florida is known for. This condo is situated on quiet Indian Shores, with very little public access creating a “private-like beach” vibe with no rowdy crowds. The beachfront pool is heated in the winter months with a poolside restrooms and an outside shower close by. Across the street is the intercoastal waterway for great fishing and a very well kept public boat launch area.You have one undercover assigned parking spot with plenty of guest parking, a secured elevator entrance and you are not far from some wonderful restaurants, a few within walking distance, coffee bar, pizza restaurants and an access road to head off the beach island to a nearby grocery store and other conveniences. We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella and some beach toys/floats for your convenience as well as a few beach towels.This is the PERFECT PARADISE, where your family will create many memories and you will not want your vacation to end!Please note: this is not a pet friendly unit.
