Description

Enjoy magical sunrises and sunsets views from our beachfront house! To walk to the beach, you can hop over the dune or walk on the brand new beach access boardwalk.We have a Queen Size bed in the master bedroom, Full size in second bedroom and a bunk bed (sleeping two) in third bedroom. The living-room has two sofas and if needed we have two full size inflatable beds.There are 3 TVs, Wi-Fi and parking that is just outside your door.This is an older home that has been renovated and modernized. Ideal for the beach-lovers looking for a cost-friendly option to vacation or travel with a longer term stay.The Dune House is one of the last remaining beach houses built during the 1940’s so this may not be for everyone. It had many upgrades which include: new walls, AC units, fresh paint throughout both inside and out. If you are looking for modern perfection, this may not be for you. Our pictures are accurate and show the home as it is. We have tried to make it a cute, comfortable and an economical place for small families or couples to enjoy our beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches.Parking is right in our property but you will have to drive on grass to get to it.We are next to the beach but the dune blocks our view, for a great view just walk 10feet on top of the dune.We have good size back deck which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxing.The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses and will allow for cooking family meals. We have a dining table that could sit seven.
