Welcome to this cozy Somerset beachfront condo! Enjoy nightly sunsets from your western exposure balcony. With multiple private boardwalks that allow you and your family to walk directly to the beach. Two heated pools and 2 outdoor grilling areas. Consierge check-in as well as local management in case of any issues. Hope to host you and your family in the future!Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.During May 1st- October 31st: Renters see below in regards to Turtle SeasonLessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and undertands that the period from May 1 through October 31st each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf of Mexico to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lesse agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defence costs incurred.”
