This condo is owned and managed by Nancy and Jim Morgridge – we are able to provide individualized attention to make sure that you have the best vacation possible!Our beautiful Beach Front Penthouse level and Circle of Excellence Winning condo in Tropic Winds is conveniently located about 13 miles from the Panama City (Northwest Beaches International Airport or ECP), 2 miles west of Pier Park and is about 6 miles east of 30A where you can take a scenic drive, rent bicycles, or shop and eat. Grocery Stores nearby are Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart and the local Carousel Market with a gift and wine/liquor shop. We are also close to a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and entertainment and will be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect meals and fun things to do while you are in Panama City Beach!******We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25****** No smoking or vaping ANYTHING in the condo, on the balcony or on the beach****No Pets.*****No RV’s, trailers, 2-wheel scooters, bubble cars, or golf carts allowed*****WE ALLOW SELF CHECK-IN – 6 disposable wrist bands and a parking pass for condo access will be in the condo watiting for you so that you can begin your vacation the minute you arrive!CLEANING• Our cleaning team uses CDC cleaners to wipe down all frequently touches surfaces like counters, faucets, fan pulls, remote controls, tables and light switches. Trash cans have been sprayed with disinfectant.• We have wall mounted hand sanitizer stations for your convenience just inside the front door.This luxurious always Non-Smoking and pet free condo provides an oversized 10 X 28 Ft covered balcony, a striking beachfront bedroom suite with balcony access and blackout drapes throughout the condo. The second bedroom has a king size bed and we also provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also own and manage VRBO 749476 if this condo is booked for your dates or if you are having a large group.You will enjoy a designated parking space under condo – no long walk from across the street! A second parking/access pass may be purchased in our HOA office for $40 for use in spaces across the street that are available on a first come first serve basis.Beach service for 2 (2 lounge chairs, one table and 1 umbrella) is also included in this rental from March 1st to October 31st.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans and an Air Fryer and all that you need to prepare meals in the condo enjoy to enjoy inside or on the balcony (table for 6) while enjoying the beautiful gulf views.We understand you have many choices when deciding where to spend your vacation dollars.
