Beachfront Plantation Cottage – 3sqm / 2sqm House – Kailua BeachWithin half an hour of Honolulu International Airport and Waikiki, this quaint beach house sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of Hawaii – Kailua- miles of white sand, with water sports, dining, sunrise and sunset beach walks, and private hot tub. It is an easy drive to Sea Life Park, snorkeling in Hanauma Bay, Pearl Harbor, north shore surfing, and much more. Kailua Bay offers windsurfing, kitesurfing, boogie boarding, swimming, kayaking, and just reading on the beach.The house has three bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, deck, 2-car parking, and large lawn. Amenities include washer/dryer, linens, BBQ, wireless DSL, cable TV, and kitchen tools & utensils.The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days.
