THIS COZY 2-BEDROOM 1 BATHROOM(shower only)COTTAGE WITH A FULL KITCHEN AND SMALL LIVING ROOM FEATURES A LAKEVIEW AND THE SOUND OF WAVES TO LULL YOU TO SLEEP AT NIGHT. tHE DECK HAS SIX TABLES WITH UMBRELLAS WHERE YOU CAN WATCH A SPECTACULAR SUNSET WITH OTHER COTTAGE GUESTS. A GREAT PLACE TO MEET NEW FRIENDS SHARE A DRINK AND TALK ABOUT YOUR DAY AND LEARN ABOUT SOME NEW PLACES TO EXPLORE. WITH A FIRE PIT ON THE BEACH YOU CAN ROAST SOME MARSHMELLOWS OR JUST GAZE AT THE STARS.IT’S SO EASY JUST WALK OUT THE DOOR AND YOUR ON THE DECK,TAKE THREE STEPS DOWN AND YOU ARE ON SAND. WITH A SHORT WALK TO THE WATER YOU WILL FIND A BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH WITH SHALLOW WATER LEVELS FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY. IF YOU PREFER YOU CAN GO OUT TO THE DEEPER WATER AND THROW A BALL AROUND OR JUST ENJOY THE CLEAR COOL WATER. THE BEACH IS PERFECT FOR PLAYING,TANNING,COOLING OFF OR JUST TAKING LONG WALKS.AFTER A DAY ON THE BEACH THERE IS A CHARCOAL GRILL TO BARBAQUE ON OR JUST TAKE A SHORT WALK OR RIDE TO TOWN AND VISIT ONE OF MANY RESTAURANTS. THERE IS PLENTY TO DO IN THE AREA WITH MANY GOLF COURSES NEAR BY,BIKE TRAILS,WINE TASTING,FRUIT PICKING,SAND DUNES AND INTERESTING TOWNS TO VISIT.THE COTTAGE CAN HANDLE A FAMILY OF 5. ONE BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED AND THE OTHER HAS A BUNK BED WITH A FULL ON THE BOTTOM AND A TWIN ON TOP. THERE IS A COUCH WITH A PULL OUT BED AS WELL. PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE STREET OR THERE IS A PAY FOR PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR. THERE IS A DRIVEWAY FOR ALL OF THE COTTAGES TO USE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING YOUR THINGS.IF YOU LIKE BEING ON THE WATER WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOU AS OUR GUEST.SOME OF THE HAPPIEST TIMES WERE SPENT HERE WITH OUR KIDS GROWING UP.YOUR SO CLOSE TO THE WATER AND HAVING FUN PLAYING AROUND ITS LIKE YOUR A KID AGAIN. GREAT MEMORIES. SORRY FOR THE WEEK OF JUNE 29TH TO JULY 6 OF 2024 WE CAN ONLY OFFER THE COTTAGE FOR THIS YEAR, OUR GUEST HAS RENTED THE PROPERTY FOR OVER 20 YEARS FOR THESE DATES BUT DUE TO SOME HEALTH ISSUES IS UNABLE TO COME THIS YEAR.
