We stay at the house ourselves in July/Aug so don’t anticipate availability during those months in 2024. With only ~ 100 homes along the beach, it stretches from Ogunquit to Moody Point.Undoubtedly one of the finest residences on Moody. Constructed in 2011 – this magnificent property exudes a fantastic combination of charm & casual elegance. An amazing open concept floor plan w/ five bedrooms, five bathrooms, incredible kitchen & a stunning living room/dining/den combination space. Hardwood floors throughout, spectacular gas fireplace, gorgeous built-ins & fabulous tile work. Impressive landscaping accentuates the natural surroundings of this fantastic waterfront location. Exceptional home!Moody is a private beach, so beach access is limited to oceanfront property owners/renters.House has every imaginable amenity including gas bbq grill, numerous tv’s, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, hair dryers, etc etc
