This unit is located on the 2nd floor and the spacious lanai provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches. Located at the south end of Marco Island, you will not find a better place to take in Marco’s spectacular sunsets or to watch dolphins play in the emerald green waters.****On 3/21/2024, the Association announced a painting project starting in May. On April 9, they updated the announcement and it will now start April 15, 2024 but no start date was given for this unit. Each vertical “stack” of units can expect a minimum of 2 weeks, weather dependent, in which the workers will be using swing stages to perform their duties. For the most part, the interruptions will be nothing more than noise, ropes in view of the unit, and possible overspray to the units surrounding the work area; however, there may also be the repair of multiple areas of stucco and concrete. They will also have to block access to the beach-side lanai during working hours on certain days during that “drop” of the project. Furniture will be removed from all lanais during the units “drop” time.
